Welcome to Women in the Rooms
An online recovery community—and transformational space—for women ready to go beyond just quitting drinking and create a life they truly love.
Why an online recovery community just for women? Why Women in the Rooms?
Because putting down the bottle is just the beginning of the journey.
This isn’t just another group focused on early sobriety.
It’s a guided, empowering path through a virtual home—designed to support growth in every area of your life: body, mind, and soul.
If you’ve stopped drinking but still feel stuck, lost, or alone—
this is where the real healing begins.
What you’ll find inside:

First Floor
A free first floor with support for early sobriety, education, and connection

Second Floor
A Wellness Studio for movement, nutrition, and building strength from the inside out

Third Floor
A Living Room, Loft, and Home Office for emotional and spiritual growth.

Your Home
This is a judgment-free community of women walking this path together—with purpose.
This isn’t about not drinking.
It’s about creating a life you don’t want to escape from.
You’ve made it this far.
Now it’s time to rise.

4️⃣ The foundation of something BIGGER—2nd & 3rd floors open this fall.
We’ve been taught that stress, overwhelm, and drinking to cope are just part of life—that numbing is normal. But it’s not.
We’re told we need something outside of ourselves to function—that it's normal to take meds to manage emotions, wine to take the edge off, distractions to get through the day.
True recovery, then, is rebellion. It’s rejecting the idea that life is meant to be endured instead of fully lived—choosing peace, purpose, joy, and freedom instead.
